Family owned and
operated since 1982 - we opened our doors with a 10,000 square
foot facility and a staff of ten. Today, with over 120 employees
and a 39,000 + square foot facility, we continue to specialize
in Sheet Metal fabrications and Air Handling systems for the commercial and industrial
marketplace. STCF brings over 500 combined years' of sheet
metal construction and specialty manufacturing experience
to your next project. Our Senior Management and Production
Supervisors individually have in excess of 15 years experience
each.
A project coordinator
oversees your project personally and, if you like, we invite
you to view the process! We balance experience with the ability
to listen, working in partnership with our customers, providing
a superior finished product and dependable service with integrity.

News:
Updates on our
Design, Production and Inventory Capabilities:
- Laser-quality
cutting capabilities for plate up to 1.5" thick and
over, cutting speeds 400+ inches per minute, accuracies
of .004" - .008" using a High Definition Plasma
Cutting Machine.
- Can blank 5'
widths of 14 gauge mild steel to 16 gauge stainless steel
to specified lengths using an Engel 60" wide Coil Blanking
and Ductwork Line. Fabricate ductwork with Pittsburgh Locks
(large and small) as well as Snaplocks.
- Input and drawing
times have been greatly reduced and productivity increased
via the use of three (3) CAD Drawing Stations.
- Linked to both
the CAD and Manufacturing software systems is a Quickpen
Computer Aided Estimating System.
- A second Spiral
Machine has been added to our reorganized Spiral manufacturing
processing. Significant inventory space increase for our
Spiral Pipe components speeds delivery.
- Addition of
a 175 Ton Hydraulic Iron Worker greatly enhances our Angle
and Channel Cutting and Punching capability up to 6"
x 6" x 5/8" angle.
